Meet Aaron.

Every Nodum plan is written and reviewed by Aaron, not by a booking engine. He has worked in tourism for 25 years, on the inside of how trips are sold and operated.

Before you buy

Is this a travel agency or a package?

Neither. Nodum plans a trip for you personally. You always reserve and pay each flight, stay and experience yourself, on the partner's own site, with your own login and card.

How do you earn money?

From the plan fee, and a small partner commission when you book through a link. Your price is the same either way.

Do I have to pay before asking?

No. Send a free trip request. Aaron replies with the plan that fits, what it includes and the price. You only pay if you decide to go ahead.

Do you only recommend partner stays?

No. If a house on Airbnb or Vrbo fits your group better, that is what your plan will recommend, even when Nodum earns nothing from it. Families and groups often do better in a whole house.

What happens after I pay?

You get a 5-minute questionnaire. From your answers, Aaron sends a short route outline for your approval, then your full day-by-day itinerary, refined with you in chat for 30 days.

Do you plan trips outside Brazil?

Yes. Nodum plans trips to destinations around the world. Brazil is where we started, and it is where our written guides are. For any other destination, tell us where you are going before you pay (send a free trip request or use WhatsApp), so we can confirm we are a good fit for your trip.

What if it's not useful?

Full refund if you ask before I start your route outline. After I send it and before you approve it, you get the fee back minus 10% for the work already done. Once you approve it and your full itinerary is delivered, it is no longer refundable, but you get 30 days of free adjustments. See the terms.
