What to send

Whatever you have: the text (pasted in the form), a link (Google Docs, a shared AI chat, a blog post you are following) or a PDF (share it as a Google Drive or Dropbox link, or email it to hello@nodumtravel.com after you send the form). Bookings you already made help, but they are not required.

What a finding looks like

🔴Day 3: the flight lands at 21:40 and the first tour starts at 7:30 the next morning, across town. Move the tour to day 5, when you are already rested and based nearby.

🟠Days 4 to 9: four bases in six nights means four check-ins and about three half-days spent in transit. Drop one base and turn it into a day trip.

🟡Day 7: the museum you planned is closed one day a week, and that is your day. Swap days 7 and 8, and book the timed ticket first.

I reply within 1 to 2 business days to confirm I can review it, and send the payment link (PayPal; card payment coming soon). Nothing is charged before that.

You get the written review within 48 hours after payment, then one round of follow-up questions.

The honest limit. Trip Check does not validate visas, health requirements or entry rules for each traveller: those depend on your passport and your dates. I tell you what to check and on which official source.

Refunds. Full refund if you ask before I start your review. If I cannot deliver within 48 hours, I tell you before you pay.

Why a person: AI writes a plan in seconds. Checking whether it holds up is different work, and it is what I did for 25 years in tourism, reviewing and selling trips for agencies and tour operators. I do not build the trip for you here: if you have no plan yet, send a free trip request instead.

Which destinations can you check?

Any destination. I have reviewed and sold trips for 25 years, so I check how the days, transfers and bookings fit together, and I verify opening days, schedules and entry rules on official sources, not on memory. Brazil and South America are my specialty. If I cannot check a trip well, I tell you before you pay.

In what format can I send my itinerary?

Any format: paste the text, a list of days, a ChatGPT or other AI conversation, or a link to a shared document. Bookings you already made help, but they are not required.

How long does it take?

I reply within 1 to 2 business days to confirm I can review it and send the payment link. After payment, you get the written report within 48 hours after payment.

Do you check visas and entry rules?

No. Visas, health requirements and entry rules depend on your passport and your dates, and they change. I tell you what to check and on which official source, but I do not validate them for you.

What is the refund rule?

Full refund if you ask before I start your review. If I cannot deliver within 48 hours, I tell you before you pay.

What if my itinerary is already good?

Then I tell you so, clearly, and you travel with peace of mind. You still get the notes on what to book first and what to confirm on official sites.

Is this a travel agency? Do you book for me?

No. Nodum is not a travel agency and never books or pays anything for you. You keep every booking in your own name, on the official sites.

Can AI not do this for free?

AI can write a plan in seconds, and it can be a good start. It is less reliable at the boring details that break a trip: real door-to-door times, closing days, late arrivals before early tours, the order to book. Checking those is exactly what I did for years, reviewing trips for agencies and tour operators.
